City of Beecher, Illinois   Beecher, Illinois Keystone Designs, in a joint venture with Public Consulting Team (PCT), an urban planning firm based out of Michigan City, Indiana, worked with the City of Beecher, Illinois to master plan various parts of the city and outlying areas. This particular part of the project included streetscapes and facade renovations from the major highway transportation artery to the downtown area, as well as development of new residential neighborhoods and recreational areas.     Industrial Park, Beecher, Illinois   Beecher, Illinois This particular part of the project included conceptualization of an industrial park to be located outside of the city limits along the main transportation artery. Landscaped entry and introduction of historical elements were used to visually enhance, and link, the park with the City of Beecher.
