Beecher, Illinois Keystone Designs in a joint venture with Public Consulting Team (PCT), an urban planning firm based out of Michigan City, Indiana, worked with the City of Beecher, Illinois to master plan parts of the city and outlying areas. This particular part of the project included conceptualization of an industrial park to be located outside of the city limits.
