St. Joseph, Michigan.
The client commissioned Keystone Designs to design a custom home to replace the existing residence on the site. The existing home, located on Lake Michigan, did not take advantage of views of the Lake or the St. Joseph Lighthouse. The new home is comprised of three floors with approximately 3500 square feet of interior space. The first floor contains an airy and light filled living room and dining room as well as a gourmet kitchen. Upper and lower levels contain bedrooms, entertainmentareas and master suite.
